Shipping Methods
- Courier delivery within St. Petersburg
- Delivery to transport company terminals (CDEK, Business Lines, Energia)
- Delivery to outlying districts (Gatchina, Kronstadt, Lomonosov, etc.) — ₽1,500
- Door-to-door for large orders across Russia
Delivery Timeframes
- St. Petersburg: 1–2 business days
- Moscow and central Russia: 3–5 business days
- Other regions: 5–10 business days depending on carrier
Payment
- Bank transfer only (we work with legal entities — sole proprietors, LLCs)
- Invoice issued within 24 hours
- Shipped upon 100% prepayment
VAT

Returns
- Defective goods are replaced within 14 days of delivery
- Please photograph any damaged items upon receipt
- Returns not accepted for goods damaged during improper storage
